It's always very frustrating dealing with the doctors at this surgery. It appears they think the patient shouldn't be a part of the treatment. They prefer to not offer assistance at all when the patient wishes to explore a different avenue. To make matters worse, some of them are rather anti-prescription as well which is just deflating to know the doctor doesn't want to help and they wish to push their own agenda on your well being. It's very "do as I say or it's nothing". Frustrating and disappointing that this is the healthcare you're entitled to.

Worse gp in london receptionist don't wanna do their job are rude and unprofessionally, the doctor sends you to get blood tests you call them to get the results and can't even speak with doctor and the receptionist are laughing and joking around with clients health I would avoid this at all costs only came here to get a letter I did now goodbye!

If i can give 0 i would, the doctors are so lazy. No sense of urgency for anybody. You will ask for a call back the doctors will not call back. Yoiu can be dying they will say next appointment is next week. This place needs to be shut down !!!!

Very rude service at the reception, employees consider themselves to be something better than the patient, they make it difficult to contact the doctor.
