My agent was Mark Fell and he is the best I can recommend. I rented during the pandemic whilst I was overseas, Mark was very patient to show me everything in the apartment on video. I was unfamiliar with the renting process in the UK, Mark made sure he explained everything very clear to me. Throughout my rent period, whenever I had problems or question I could always contact Mark, and he would always help me find the best solution or recommend me to the right person to speak to.
