Hired an emergency service for 8am as I have a job in normal hours. They asked for payment in advance, I complied. They didn't come in time. Called 5/6 times, it kept getting delayed. They only came 1130 am, disrupted my whole working day, and left after an hour later not having solved the issue and asking I pay for extra time. Don't use them, what they're doing is commercial fraud. They offer and charge for services they can't fulfil. Service: Sewer repair

Came to fix a leak in shower tray however managed to convince me that the whole shower needed replacing. I agreed then they told me it would cost 8.5k. Then they said that most of the tiles in the bathroom were loose and we needed to redo whole bathroom. They gave me a price of 22k. They are extortionate charging 850 a day for a plumber! Avoid this company at all costs. Scammers!
