Although the lady who helped us was very friendly, we got a car that smelled horrible to dog and was dirty from the inside. No other car was available so we had to cancel the reservation and contact Booking to get our money back. Did not have a car after..

Dont bother with this place. Booked and paid for a van online. All confirmed. Half an hour before I was due to pick it up, I had a phone call saying the van isnt at the depot and they cant get another. Really??? Not a single van available in the whole of London??? Im supposed to be getting a refund but that could take up to 5 days (well see if I actually get it). Shocking customer service, so I eventually went to Sixt, and they couldnt be more helpful and were cheaper.

They managed to send me penalty ticket even though I paid for congestion. Still waiting for refund
