        My Sister and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend celebration of a significant birthday. From the moment we checked in we received a very friendly welcome. The room we had was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. As we were so close to Waterloo station we were provided with earplugs which was a very nice touch. The breakfast menu was exceptional, tea and coffee was on offer with a display of delicious pastries, we ordered food from the extensive menu, everything we had was delicious. We cannot praise this hotel enough, after a fall I suffered where I badly sprained my ankle and tore a ligament in my leg the manager and his team went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, providing an ice bucket to help with the swelling and even finding me a crutch to help me move around. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasurable. We hope to visit you all again in the future, from Sharon & Maria x

        A shade on the pricey side, but it's London, so that's to be expected. Great service, great location, just what I needed after a work day in town. Walkability: Easy access to buses and the station.
