Desmond from the team attended our apartment in central London; he assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was very polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend him. The only drawback with big companies is that you pay by hour and even though the work was 15' we still had to pay for a full hour; nonetheless, at least we know that the work will be done and that they will do it within a reasonable time. I would choose them again in the future and I would try to ask for Desmond since he made a very good, professional impression to me.

So sick of con artists like these guys. They somehow have a decent average rating on here but if you read the reviews, all the red flags are there. They came to fix a light switch due to flickering at one of our flats and 3 days later, none of the lights were working. Theyd done a quick fix. Said theyd come back to fix and refused to show up. Also booked him for another flat to fix a hole in the ceiling and they said theyd arrive at 9am, wouldnt answer the phone then finally claimed to be in screw fix getting parts, which I told him I already had, when he was clearly laying in bed (no background noise at all). Then got aggressive and rude saying he didnt like my tone. Basically AVOID and Desmond needs to see a therapist.
