If I could I would give 0 (zero) star to the staff!
I must say, I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone! The City Experience might seem like a decent option but staff at the Greenwich pier is rude and unprofessional.
Yesterday at 11am there was a staff member unwilling to provide information because he was too busy on his phone and couldn't bother to listen or repeat any information (he also mentioned in an aggressive tone he couldn't repeat himself).
The same staff member talking to a colleague mentioned to 'drop the idiots into the river'.
I was appalled by his behavior, and I will never use this service again as long as this person is employed there.
