Hopeless cant contact them phone line cuts you off when you select what you want. Constant issues every time I use them ! Tried to top up a shopping card which failed now on day 18 from original purchase and I have received a refund 80 short. Message them and it takes 3 days to reply and seems to be in the US which is 5 hours behind us which is hopeless as well. Last time never again, not worth the grief for 7% poxy discount. Removed instant codes so you now have to topup gift cards. They either fail or you have to fork out 8 insurance on delivery making it not worthwhile. Also by the time you received them most goods are either out of stock or deals have finished.

I recently used Next jump for a hotel booking through Perks at Work. I had to make changes due to the pandemic. The customer service i received was absolutely fantastic. I never waited more than 2min to get through to an advisor. The advisors were knowledgeable, Friendly and incredibly helpful. Clear notes were kept on my booking so when ever I spoke to them it was easy to pick up where we left off. In a time when companies are struggling to maintain service levels due to high demand I was very pleased with NextJump. I will definitely be using them in the future for all bookings. Thank you

Im writing this review as a last resort with the aim of providing constructive feedback as emails communications has fallen on deaf ears. Issue reference 1800540 We use Perks at work and on one instance a hotel booking failed through the Perks site but the money was taken from the bank account. The issue was flagged over 5 weeks ago and whilst I appreciate such issues cant be resolved in a short time but its been 5 weeks and still no resolution in sight. The emails communications have gone completely quiet. I have flagged this to my company that have partnered with Perks at work as well as initiating a chargeback from the bank.
