Every morning I like to buy coffee in M&S. In this store all the time is clean inside. But there have one NO. All the time M&S stuff they talking between them and don't have time to prepare coffee mashine for client's at the time. Shop open 7 a.m. and always I need to wait for coffee 10 min when Morzena testing coffee mashine. Why they don't do that before opening? I don't understand. I'm really disappointed about this. Highly don't recommend waiting for coffee morning at M&S. I think management will change some rools from this situation.

There is a limited opening time on Sunday until 6pm so I went quickly as i got late and i reached 5,50pm exactly, they were not letting in people, I claim that there are 10 minutes til 6pm and they allowed me. However This is a lack of respect to the customer and a bad service that Mark and Spencer has to correct or then change the opening time in your Web, Door labels and in Google maps and close 15minutes earlier. Thanks
