Fresh Ground
I have just been forced to pay over 9000 for the repair of one domestic boiler and the installation of a new one, plus a couple of other extremely minor jobs. I only received a breakdown of this bill after months of chasing them for an accurate breakdown and was so shocked at the prices they charged. They are a multi department organisation who are poor at communicating amongst themselves and with us as their client. I understand that we are a small client to them as a single church and charity, but feel we have been completely ripped off. They undertake a lot of government contracts, as I understand it, which may well explain why so much tax money is wasted on projects that are not completed well, or on time. My experience would lead me to encourage others to avoid at all costs.
