The apprenticeship part of the charity is closing down at the end of the year. They still try to keep up their standards. Teaching is okay depending on the tutor but nobody can concentrate on presentations for 8 hours a day. Recently they have become overly strict by complaining at people who arrive more than 1 minute late. They did give me a really good opportunity with this apprenticeship though

i promsie the worst organisation i have ever been with in my life, very badly funded, low budgeted so facilities, office rooms and equipment are very poor, very poor tutors and teachers, very high employee turnover which isnt surprising, this then again affects us students education. Very bad management, very un organised management team, overall very poor, not supportive more like vindictive, really not pleased , should be closed down.

A fantactic organisation that I have been an apprentice with for 2 years. They offer so many pathways for apprenticeships, such as early years education and accounting. They're also very understanding of sickness, even if it's caused a lot of time off. The mentors are fantastic and support you in training as well as your workplace. I just wish this wasn't their last year. It's offered so many opportunities for people who would have struggled to reach university with just their A-level results.
