        Penny Caf at The Old Vic is a Waterloo gem!! The staff are so friendly, engaging and also extremely talented. It's my go to, whether for breakfast for a vegan pastry/doughnut and coffee or for a hearty lunch. The food is very reasonably priced, fresh and super delicious. Every couple of weeks they seem to revise the menu and give us some more amazing dishes! Definitely give this one a try! The late night bar is also super fun - the team again are so passionate and the menu is insane!
