Bought a hot vegan sausage bap from here today was served by a jobs worth trainee guy who refused to give me tomato ketchup, when i asked why he said we are not allowed. I said i would even pay for the sachets and he still said no we are not allowed. I walked off feeling very disappointed as all the other branches i have been to give you without any issues. This store in Waterloo is a disgrace to the Greggs brand.
