My suitcase was stolen in this building,and the manager Erica SulClaire told me off, she blamed me that I put my suitcase in front of my door after this happened. Also she said I believe the team members have spent considerable amount of time looking for your suitcase which was located. Staff members had done an amazing job looking for it, however this meant that the time they have spent to look for you suitcase has taken them away from their duties which meant extra pressure on them to finish their daily tasks. after this happens,they blocked my resident account system. I guess she didnt want me report her to the company. The building itself is very good it offers security for 24hours. However I shared this story on social media, and other residents got in touch with me to share their stories of having their belongings stolen as well. I totally regret I didnt call the police straight away. Dont come to stay in this building even the manager was so rude. I expected a much better service? so horrible and unprofessional service.
