The building itself is nice but the management are rude, unhelpful and discriminate against some residents. All you have to do is ask around when attending a viewing, theyll be happy to share their horror stories with the receptionists as well as the rude female manager. Not worth the service charge you have to pay them. Very disappointed

Update: Changing this review since the building has gone through many changes in the last year. Building undergoing refurbishment. New paint, new carpets, gym infrastructure and equipment is now good, though I am told new machines will be brought in next year. Pool is a lot nicer now with RGB LED lights and plant decor. I believe sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are soon to undergo refurbishment as well. There is underground parking which is very useful. Porter staff have changed drastically, many new and friendly faces. They are quite helpful. CEO of building has changed and provides much better communication. This building is situated in the heart of London (you are next to the London Eye!) and there are plenty of restaurants, activities and food markets on the south bank where its located. Being south of the river also means its cheaper than many apartments across the river but still prime location. Can walk to and across Westminster bridge, Golden Jubilee bridges or Waterloo bridge in about 10 minutes. If you want a prime location with a concierge, leisure facilities and parking then this is a great place.
