        The Perspective Building is the best place I've ever lived, the FLAT is spacious, bright, everything works fine, and has cooling system, which is amazing for the summer months. The BUILDING is also great, has 4 large lifts which are also quite fast. If the lift stop working, it get fixed in less than a week. The CONCIERGE is superb, the team is always extremely helpful and friendly. It can get noise because of the trains arriving at Waterloo Station, but is worthy due to the premium location.

        Apart from the great location and the friendly and very helpful concierge staff there is nothing good about this building. Apartments are outdated with very minimal non functional equipment and definitely not sound proof. Lots of young students moving in and loads of parties and noise which makes living conditions difficult. There are always issues with the lifts and also with the front door. If it wasnt for the nice staff at the front desk this building will be hell. While there are worse options in London there are also much better ones and I wouldnt recommend this one.
