Cannot recommend Lewis enough. Had my first session today for an ongoing shoulder problem and Lewis put me at ease straight away and is so knowledgeable. Cant wait for my second session.

I have been seeing Lewis for a couple of months now for neck problems and am so pleased with the improvement in my neck mobility and reduced discomfort- highly recommend!!

A friend recommended Lewis to me, when I was struggling with Achilles tendinopathy. He sorted that within a couple of sessions and (being in my 40s and trying to stay sporty) I've had a few other issues - back, neck... and Lewis is able to get to the root of the problem quickly, using a variety of techniques to sort me out. He sends exercises promptly and even chases me to make sure I'm doing them. Great service, respectful, friendly and supportive, and very reasonably priced. Excellent location too, with a car park just a minutes' walk away.
