Just Knot Sew @ The Post Office, Bishops Waltham

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the man behind the post office counter! I asked a simple question about my sons first passport as I know nothing about it, and that was it ! He flew off the handle shouting at me because I did the application online and not through him at the post office, he then got very aggressive when I asked why he couldn't just advise me on the question I had! Then left me stood there with a queue behind me while he went to make a cup of tea, when he returned I was still waiting as I needed to post something and he shouted at me more telling me to leave ! I've never known anything like it "customer service " was absolutely horrific! I apologised to the people behind me to which they couldn't understand what his problem was ! How this man has a job I do not know !!!!

Ive just had the worst experience having gone in with my 10-month old baby to return some parcels. The rudest man Ive ever dealt with, for no reason!! Rude from the very beginning, but then I asked him if hed put all my return parcels through, as I had 3 parcels and only 2 receipts and he shouted: its fine (whilst hed turned around). I said, hang on I just asked you a question about.. and before I had time to even finish asking, he bellowed: you asked a question, who do you think you are?! And walked off shouting other verbal abuse that I cant even recall I was so shocked and shaking that someone can be so rude like that to a new mum, for no apparent reason. Absolutely appalled.

I have just had a major operation and asked my husband to go to the post office! The Lady serving him with cash was lovely But, man well never known anything like it my husband said the ignorant, rude man almost aggressive attitude nearly got told to *** off how the lady kept her concentration impressive my husband otherwise my husband would of had. The man ranting on when my husband left was found out side having a Costa! If it was me it would put me off for ever! Its for sure we will now use another Post office in future shame as its our local He told my husband he should gone to his own bank and a number of times my husband replied I have already been to my bank My husband absolutely did nothing to up set him. I feel sorry for people that cant drive and have to come across him in future some elderly my only see post office staff on their only one trip out a week!

What is going on at this place, never open, excuses by the owner, upsets his staff and more importantly no service to the public!!!!! This needs looking into......
