Lizzie does the best sports massage ever, Honestly wouldn't go anywhere else, since I've been going to see Lizzie I've been able to in general move around better. But overall its helped me keep up with my kids alot better 10/10 5* all the way

I've been suffering with an impingement in my shoulder for eighteen months, I cannot recommend this company enough. The staff are amazing and really know their stuff!! I've seen Kelly for only two sessions and the difference she has made already is unbelievable! I wanted to get back to the golf course and Kelly is making my dream a reality, thank you soo much!!

I was really impressed with Peak Remedial and would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for physiotherapy. I had quite severe lateral knee pain but the treatment I received was excellent and really helped ease my day to day pain.

I dont say this lightly but I can honestly say Ive received Life changing treatment. If youre at the point where you have given up hope in ever recovering, I strongly urge you to give Lizzie a call. Id tried many different establishments in my quest to recover from long standing back and neck pain, which at the time believed was chronic, before seeing Lizzie. Id suffered severe pain for circa 4.5 years and if Im being honest had given up hope of living pain free. And then I saw Lizzie. Lizzies approach was second to none, she didnt simply ask what others had recommended and follow suit but professionally challenged this and made her own independent assessment. She uses techniques and an approach that really does work. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending Lizzie to anyone, in fact I would actively encourage it. I did and have never looked back.
