    Love this guy, when I started I had back pain and could barely walk for 5 minutes, 9 nonths in I had lost 5 stone, was squatting nearly 140kgs and felt better than I had in years Andy will push you but on a custom plan and only just harder than u can manage. I cannot recommendation him highly enough.

    After completing personal training packages with 2 different trainers, I still felt weak, lost and unconfident in the gym so I hired Andy as my personal trainer. After one session with Andy, I already felt like Id learned more than in all of my previous sessions combined. Now, after a handful of sessions, I am feeling confident and comfortable in the gym and like I am finally on the right path to achieving my fitness goals. Here are a few of the reasons why I think Andy is such a good trainer: - He has a true passion for bodybuilding and weightlifting which really shines through and rubs off on you. As well as being very inspiring, this also means that he pays much more attention to detail than other trainers and has applied a few principals to my training that my previous trainers missed. - He explains things in a very clear, non-confusing manner whilst still packing in lots of information - As well as sharing his formal training and factual knowledge, he isnt afraid to share anecdotes of what he has learned through trial and error throughout his weightlifting career. This is great because firstly, it makes his teachings more relatable and memorable and secondly, it gives us insights that we would either never realise ourselves or would learn the hard way. - He is very supportive and encouraging and will push you to do your best. His philosophy is that you should never miss a rep and he will make sure that is achievable for you with the exercises that he chooses for you, rather than pushing you to do more than you can handle. This is so that you dont get disheartened when you dont finish it and feel good and accomplished in your sessions, so youre motivated to continue progressing. If youre around the Bishops Waltham area and want to start going to the gym, youd be doing yourself a huge disservice by not learning from Andy. I would highly recommend his services!

    I have been training with Andy for 18 months now & would not even consider going to anyone else. My initial goals were to tone after losing 5 stone and get a bit fitter in general- my fitness has improved so much and I have become so much stronger. Andy has helped me overcome so many of my daily challenges with diet and nutrition- when I started training we realised that something I was eating in my diet was making me very bloated/uncomfortale and affecting the way I felt about myself & self confidence. Andy suggested the increase of some foods such as protein and cutting out some of the foods I had in my diet-mainly carbs but other foods that I wouldnt have thought of and I feel so much better and have so much more energy. I am also a hockey player so have had a few injuries that Andy has helped with- dislocated my shoulder and was told by the hospital that I couldnt play for roughly 6 weeks, with careful strength building training I was back to playing sooner that that! I have also had problems with my left knee for many years due to constant impact on hard ground playing hockey and hyper mobility and although this is an injury that is likely to stay with me, in general it is so much better and stronger- I have been provided with so many different techniques/exercises to continue to strengthen my knee whilst still being able to play hockey. I have had advice on what supports are the most effective to use when playing, treatment to carry out straight after and all of Andys advice has made such a huge difference. Training with Andy has made such a difference to me personally, I am a much fitter, stronger & healthier person now. We are now concentrating on my weaker areas such as my triceps and back and 3 weeks in & there is already a noticeable difference! I would highly recommend!!!
