    Joe is a top coach with great subject-matter expertise and a personalised style. He is great, not just for fitness regimes, but also nutritional advice. I've done a number of his online sessions too, which get the heart-rate up!

    I've worked with a few trainers over the years but worked with Joe for the last two, pretty much once a week. My fitness and strength has changed completely since working with him. I had high cholesterol, and on drugs to mitigate it - not any more. Fitness changed it all. Some trainers are happy to watch you run on a treadmill for 20 minutes, burning your cash and not improving you in any way. Joe will work on a program that you can follow in your own time, using the sessions to teach you the techniques to improve and not hurt yourself. He'll help you work with injuries or weaknesses, changing the exercises so they work for you. I've go back and shoulder issues that Joe's listened to and worked with. For me, he's made me stronger so I don't have lower back issues - and I can do things with weights I never in a million years imagined me, as a desk-bound office worker would do. Health and fitness is something you have to work on, commit to - and Joe has made me achieve the benefits we all want from the work we put in
