THEY ARE THIEVES!! They took our money, kept delaying, kept flaking, kept saying dont worry, well do it, dont worry and nobody ever came, no delivery happened, they stopped replying to our calls, messages & emails. They have taken huge amounts of advance from us and vanished. They didnt deliver anything and they cut the phone on us every time we try to get any updates. We are now reporting them to the police and our lawyers are going to deal with them now. Dont do business with them!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have 23 years of experience in looting people.

Bad experience working with Andrew and Janet, they take your money and dont deliver what they commit to. They are always delaying !!! They are very unprofessional and very bad service. Dont bother working with them as after 3pm no one even responds.

Used AW kitchens to connect up a static caravan to LPG. Fitter was a subcontracted heating engineer who in all fairness was a really nice bloke. He was with us for a maximum of an hour and thirty minutes. I then received an invoice for 365! AW offices are situated 10 minutes from site in Bishops Waltham (site in durley), to make sure we didnt get screwed over, I did a bit of checking and I have since been quoted 200-250 maximum to have the same job done. I have paid my invoice as business is business but would highly recommend that anyone in Hampshire looks for another source of advice and service rather than these cowboys.

We called with an emergency in our school kitchen before a big event. We had never used Andrew White before but found them via Google. Claire who answered the phone offered exemplary customer service and passed us on to Paula who got an engineer to us to rescue Sports Day within an hour. We would highly recommend this company for their friendliness and willingness to help out a brand new customer in a fix.
