Weller Patrick and Richard in particular have always been excellent and a pleasure to deal with. A few years ago I happily purchased through them and recently they assisted with the sale of my first property. Quick and easy with absolutely no hassle, often chased progression and always went above and beyond to ensure I was updated. They have great knowledge of the local area and helped me get the money I wanted. I couldnt ask for more; thank you once again to Richard and the team.

We brought our property with Weller Patrick and had a great experience, so there was no contest on who we were going to use when it came to selling the property! Richard at Weller Patrick has been absolutely fantastic, kept us calm, always in touch with regular updates and made us feel like we were his only clients throughout. We would 100% recommend and are sad that they dont have a branch up in Oxford where we are moving too!
