I went in to have a trim and layers put it by Vicky. After the wet cut she styled my hair curly it look lovely but my hair is not naturally curly its pin straight so when I washed and dried it at home the layers were so choppy and blunt. I called to say I wasnt happy with the service and was going to say I was happy to come in to see if something could be done about it but Vicky was so rude on the phone, laughing at me ; at that point I did not want to come back so I asked for a refund she said we are not able to do that, its not like I can glue your hair back on and later hung up on me mid sentence. I went in after work to see if I can could get my money back, she was just as rude as she was on the phone. After speaking to her she admitted to me she had me on loud speaker for all the salon to hear which is a clear BREACH of the Data Protection act as per the 8DPA principles data can not be released to a third party without the consent of the individual it refers to . I managed to get some of my money back but will not be going here again! Go to Madeline house much more professional; they could clearly see she had messed my hair up and fixed it right up plus it is cheaper! Service: Hairstyling
