Fantastic (real) gym. Andy and the team have done an outstanding job of creating a space to really work if you want to or keep ticking over. It's a safe space for all to enjoy.

Good independent gym. Focusing more on lifting, current trends and popular equipment (which is a positive for me). It appears to have a no-nonsense approach. On site parking is pretty good. Equipment is clean. Staff are friendly. There is personal training in the building next door, which is nice as you get some privacy from the rest of the gym goers. The only negative point (specifically for tall people), where the building has been converted to suit the needs of a gym - there are a few low beams to duck around towards the back of the building and the second floor. With this being said, the second floor has changing rooms and free lockers.

Ludus fitness is a top tier gym with the most friendly and welcoming staff, who are all very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. All gym equipment is great quality, which proves the owners priority is to insure members enjoyment and satisfaction within the gym. Would highly recommend joining this gym to anyone who is interested in all types of fitness.
