Living a long distance away meant that I hadn't met the team at Richard Steel until the day of my mother's funeral. They were absolutely first class. Russ, in particular, brought me up to speed with the arrangements and procedures and was the epitome of professionalism - but much more importantly, so genuinely kind and engaging. I felt real warmth and concern for my well being, and he gave me my mothers wedding ring at a very timely moment which I appreciated.

George and the rest of staff at steels made us very much at ease in such a tough time with the passing of my wife they showed compassion at all times right from the first meeting through all the details of coffin Church service crematorium explaining everything in detail down to the smallest detail for which we are very grateful excellent company

With a special mention to Russ Taw who personally made sure that every detail of our father's funeral was arranged, stress free and with a friendly approach. Five stars from us without hesitation.

This company is superb. Russ Taw has recently helped me with a very sudden and shocking passing of my brother at an all too young age, and he couldn't of been more helpful. I never thought I would be in the position of arranging an event like this, and had no idea what to do, but Russ and everyone else in the office guided me through every step of the way, and were never pushy with any detail. He was at hand whenever I called or emailed, and I would highly recommend this company. I needed my brothers service to be personalised to him, and Russ made this very easy and do able, thank you!
