First class service! James carried out a site visit on the same day that we contacted him to fit security shutters at a GP Surgery in Portsmouth. The quotation was turned around extremely quickly, manufacture and installation were all carried out to exceptional standard, all with a a professional and friendly manner. We couldn't be more happy with Hadlow Security Shutters. Highly recommend.

James a really lovely person came immediately when another contractor left my bedroom window outside shutter almost completely closed down with me unable to open the window for either a fire escape or air or light. My attempts to contact by phone text or email had left me in a panicky state unable to sleep and although James wasnt experienced with Velux windows and shutters he gave me immediate assurance that he would help me. He even phoned when he was almost at my home to let me know he would be with me soon. I cannot overstate that this kind man deserves all the accolades going especially as he refused to take any money even for his petrol. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.

We needed the shutter on our old shop fixed when we moved out. James was great and managed to fit us in at quite short notice. The quote was good value and the work completed in one afternoon.
