I'm not sure why the previous 2 reviews are so bad, because we've visited BW Cattery on a fair few occasions now and have never had a problem. The owners have always been caring and and carry out any instructions they are left with. They love cats.and they have always looked after ours and some friends of ours, so I find the previous comments hard to believe.

My 2 girls have staycationed with June and Pete at least twice a year since I got them 10 years ago. They have always settled in quickly - probably because they have the best view in Hampshire! Lovely quiet location too! And Pete and June have also been v accommodating even at short notice. Highly recommend them and their cat hotel! Really would not want to take Thelma and Louise anywhere else

I've been taking my cats here for over 16 years, and you couldn't ask for a better place to take them to. They are treated like members of the family, served their own preferred food, and can sit look out over open fields and wildlife. All in the comfort of their spacious accommodation. Definitely recommended.

My cat returned home starving hungry with significant weight loss which I was told a few days after I returned that he had not eaten for 4 days but I was not once contacted about this. He also returned home with missing toys and full packs of biscuits I sent with instructions on what to do. These were not followed at all. Would not recommend.
