Sam has consistently demonstrated an excellent attention to detail and is thoroughly familiar with all the planning and building control rules and regulations. Better to get it right first time than to be continually reworking the design was my stated objective from the onset. The outputs from Sam provide sufficient detail for the preferred builder to draw up a Bill of Materials and engage in Quantity Surveying with an external 3rd party. In conclusion, excellent service efficiently delivered throughout the project.

We are so pleased we found Sam - he is an amazing architect and recently got us our planning permission all granted. From the first time we met him, he has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and calming(for someone like me, who felt overwhelmed at the prospect of what lay ahead, that has helped a lot!).

Sam oversaw construction of The View apartments, Ilfracombe for me. I found him pleasant and easy to deal with. His knowledge and practical approach got us over a number of technical difficulties. The building is now complete and is a credit to everyone involved. The View is a beautiful addition to Ilfracombe's seafront. Thank you Sam. Best wishes Michelle
