Amanda's classes are really enjoyable. They are easy going with a friendly and relaxed environment. There's no pressure or expectation, everyone is at their own level of ability and the postures in Amandas classes accommodate this. Amanda is also good at recognising any health niggles that students have and considering them when giving instructions on postures. Attending Amandas classes ensures I do some exercise! But Im always glad to go, always enjoy it and feel like Ive had a decent strength, balance and stretch workout afterwards. Its also a good break away from the daily stresses of life and makes for a positive and relaxing experience especially with the mindful svanasana at the end of class. Plus, the classes are well priced, making them accessible to help more people.

Amanda's yoga classes are brilliant, my flexibility and skills have improved so much. She is so lovely and helpful and makes you feel at ease in her classes! They're also such good value for money. Would definitely recommend!

Amanda is a wonderful instructor! Classes are extremely good value for money as well. I have noticed such a difference in my flexibility and my yoga abilities in such a short time.

Amanda is friendly and welcoming. The class caters for all levels of fitness. I am enjoying the challenges of some of the poses and feel I am making progress. Good value for money.
