Bill Rawles Classic Cars LTD

It was about 20 years that my Dad took his Healey Mk3 to Bill for varying works. Dad went on to rally the car around Europe, around most F1 circuits and doing the Stelvio Pass amongst other things. Sadly for the last 10 years the car has basically sat in the garage deteriorating as Dad could no longer drive it. Due to some perhaps, unwise DIY modifications, it made it very difficult for me to drive on the road either. What to do? Dad insisted that it went back Bill. So last October off it went. Bill, Jack, Adrian and the rest of the team brought this fading car back to life like a phoenix rising from the ashes. And what a wonderful job they have done, from carburettors, inlet manifolds, exhaust and endless other major mechanical bits, to a new hood, carpets and restoration of the seats. Their skill and knowledge of all things Healy is outstanding and they are such lovely people to deal with. I really can't thank them enough for what that have achieved. The car arrived home on Friday and I drove it in The Corinium Run, a 100 mile touring assembly of classic cars on Sunday. And what an honour it was drive a car that has been so lovingly restored back to life.
