        I started Jans class as a beginner nearly 2 years ago and have been hooked ever since. What I love about her teaching is that she is so technical, you are constantly improving and challenging yourself - even when you think you may have nailed it. Her classes have enhanced my life beyond expectation, and from a physical perspective compliment my other passions (running and cycling) perfectly.
