Customer service from the whole team was second to none, from enquiring about a car to driving it off the forecourt. The car is perfect, will definitely be using these guys again and recommend them to everyone.

Time wasters - They committed to buy my car via car wow. For the last two weeks they have fobbed me off with various stories about how the buyer wasnt around, or they just popped out. They promised they would get back to me and never did. However from Looking at their stock they are clearly a dealer with champagne tastes and lemonade funds.

Howard Banks Cars Ltd won the bid for my vehicle on Carwow, eventually contacted me to agree a date for collection. On the collection day I had to phone several times to find out what was happening and was eventually told they no longer wished to proceed. If this is an example of their customer service, I wouldn't recommend the dealership. They could have had the courtesy of contacting me beforehand to say they did not wish to proceed, which is just basic manners, something the dealership is obviously lacking. In response to Alex comment below, this is not true. I called the dealership at 09:37 to be told by a staff member the driver would be with me at 1000. This was a mistake by the staff member as this was the delivery time for a car being delivered in Scotland. I then called again at 10:36 and left a message, which no one returned my call. I then called again at 13:24 and was told by a staff member the dealership no longer wished to proceed, but he would get someone to call me. I received a telephone call at16:25 and this was the first of me being ask to reschedule etc.

Just bought a vehicle from this dealership, and the experience was spot on, they did a black cloth reveal on the car, which felt special. Everyone was so friendly, Elis was excellent, got me all the information I needed about the car, car was spot on and drove amazing! They also helped me with taxing the vehicle and also with insurance, providing me 5 day drive away insurance for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this family run dealership to anyone looking to purchase a quality used car.
