Exploiting customers. We booked a cab for 4 people at 110 which we agreed to. They then called and asked if we would mind someone else we didnt know joining the fare which we didnt mind as the trains we cancelled. Turns out they were charging the other passenger another 85 ontop which is exploitation of the situation. If they were upfront and explained there was a small surcharge that would be distributed between us but ultimately make it cheaper by bringing an extra (random) passenger then perhaps it wouldve been ok, but they chose to make some extra money ontop of people already in a bad situation. Dont waste your time with this company.

Awful service from Stansted they completely ripped us off at the airport when no other options for travel were available. They quoted us 110 for a people carrier (7 seats) to Tottenham Hale fair enough, no problem there at all. There was only 4 of us and Sam Taxi asked if another person could be added to our taxi (a woman who we didnt know). We said no problem as we could share the fare to Tottenham Hale with her Upon adding another person they increased the fare by 80 (despite the fact we still fitted in the same cab and were going to the same place). Its not a coach service where you pay per person. Its a fare one way for the time/miles. Very dishonest and taking advantage of people during a difficult time in the storm when no other options were available. Clearly have no morals or goodwill whatsoever
