At 12:00 midday yesterday, I was let down by a company I booked two weeks previously. I was due to return from Rotterdam to Harwich by ferry at 20:00 with my partner, two cats and luggage, destination Bishops Stortford. There is no car hire option in Harwich so I was presented with trying to find a pet friendly hotel in Harwich, or a 2 hour train journey via London Liverpool St. I called a friend who recommended Prehire. I downloaded the app and requested a pickup explaining my requirements and was instantly quoted 90 and a pick up time. I contacted a chap called Ade via the app to confirm and he assured me he would be there. We were sceptical on the 7 hour ferry ride but were delighted to be greeted at Arrivals by Ade in a beautiful Mercedes. He loaded the car and cats and we were home within 1 hour and 20 mins. I can not recommend this service highly enough, the tech is innovative (better than Uber) and works from quote to tracking and invoicing, the customer service is of a premium level with both car and driver immaculately presented. This is a premium London style standard of service and I will e be using them ongoing. Many thanks Ade to you and your team, the level of service you provided us yesterday is seldom seen in this day and age.
