AbFabFit Club @ Bishops Stortford

I've always struggled to get into a routine and stick to it but I've found the structure and wide range of timings for classes at AbFabFit has finally done it! I feel more energised, positive and love the results I am getting. Everyone is so supportive and the coaches are super knowledge. Really love the community and the 6 week check-ins you get 1-1.

When I joined AbFab I was a little conscious of my body, I wasn't really happy about dressing up or wearing certain clothes I used to enjoy wearing. Although in the beginning my goal was to drop a dress size I realised after a few weeks in that I just wanted to get into a habit of eating well and working out few times a week atleast. I've learnt that I was already good with portion size but just needed a little push with eating the right foods to get better results. I also realised I needed to push myself even further in my workouts to build muscle rather than just losing the weight. I've really enjoyed the first 6 weeks and I'm looking forward to progressing more.
