I have been looking for a new sofa for a long time as I dont have a clue what I am looking for. Despite my budget being on the lower end of what sofas & stuff offer, a young lady called Phoebe treated me like any other customer and spent an hour and half going through each aspect of what I wanted until we finally found the perfect sofa for me! My dream sofa is still a tad too expensive but I cant thank Phoebe enough for her help - hopefully it will still be available when I eventually come to buy it and I hope she is still happy and exceeding in her role at S&S. A real credit to the company!

Great service received at sofas and stuff. I did not feel pressured at all and felt very looked after. All the team are great and a credit to the company.

Beautiful store and great customer service.. Although Im not ready to buy just yet I didnt feel pressured at all.. When I am ready Ill definitely be returning!

Came in with my mum over the weekend, she's wants a new sofa but isn't 100% sure on what she was looking for. Phoebe showed us round and was very attentive and friendly, great customer service. Even when we decided to not buy anything, Phoebe's customer service was still top notch. Will be coming back for another browse soon.
