Avoid at all cost !!!!!! The indian lady ( not the new one who is lovely the other one who has been there for years could learn a lot from her new colleague ) is rude and the most unhelpful royal mail employee Ive ever come across. Everything is a problem with her, she doesnt know how to be nice and polite its very frustrating how someone like her can be working with the public !!!!!!!

Jatinger Jagpal is possibly the most unhelpful, rude and vindictive employee Ive come across in any business environment. Instead of helping and being useful, she went out of her way to make the process as difficult as possible, regarding a fraudulent issue. Having been given the okay from the help desk and police to return the parcel to the customer she still would not help. Very poor, would not use this post office again.

Poor customer service. Cashier insisted on closing the counter and going for her lunch break even when I as a customer was standing in front of her. She said i could complain if i wanted!! Complete lack of interest in customers.
