Ditto ref them disappearing and leaving customers in the lurch - anyone know where/how to get the cartridges replaced?

as per others have said, had this fitted last year, one has now moved to Ukraine the other has left the company. Asked for info of where to replace carts and got a barrage of abuse from Steve about people dying in Ukraine.

Wanted a cartridge change,Steve English is in Ukraine,Owen don't work there anymore,so total waste of money having this fitted last year.Could have at least left details of where to get new cartridges from

Dont bother using this service. We had a water filter installed a year ago and simply wanted a filter change and the response below is what we got. Absolutely disgusting customer service and I will be taking this to watchdog!! Go to Harvey Water Softener Instead!

Huge thanks for installing your water purifier last week. The difference between the system you installed and the old, salt-based water softener is enormous. We've immediately seen some benefits of having pure water coming out of every tap: tea that tastes great and looks crystal clear, a dishwasher that washes better and doesn't fur up. It could be the best home-improvement investment I ever made.
