        This is the only pizza hut they won't provide dip with pizza .I ordered pizza they are not providing any single dip with pizza like dominos and papajones.. Worst experience I had at this pizza hut branch in Bishop's Stortford. They are Charging one pound for each dip. How can people can eat pizza without dip.

        Staff initially was nice, untill they gave us someone elses order. We travelled 7 minutes before they realised and girl called us, we don't live nearby. But staff was very rude, girl was nice. A lot don't know basic customer service at a minimum. To be honest we really enjoyed the pizza, we never get take away so this was real treat for my daughters that done well at school recently. Was really let down by stupid staff. Shame as was really nice.
