        The amount of wait is just over the top. Maybe consider hiring staff or train existing people to be more efficient. They are friendly though

        Despite having a lifetime of eczema, and therefore some understanding of eczema cream, the pharmacist assured me the Eumovate he was selling me was stronger than Betnovate, which I normally use Tried to return the medicine later that day (after checking with NHS) and it turns out it he was wrong. He then refused to refund the medicine, claiming that medicines in the UK can't be refunded (which is apparently true). I pointed out he had misleaded me over the sale and would be taking this up with my credit card company, to which he replied I should do that. Unfortunately, the sum is too small to dispute over credit card, so I have the wrong cream and no chance of pursuing a refund. Instead, I will be advising locals to use a more reputable, bigger brand pharmacy such as Boots, that are more knowledgeable and have a proper complaints department.
