This is an absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. Not sure how it's still open! It is completely disorganised with rude and disinterested staff. They never seem to have anything in stock nor do they ever pick up their phone. They also clearly unstaffed as they seem to randomly close when they need a break. Do yourself a favour, and avoid this place. Especially if you need a prescription ASAP.

The hole of 111 came here There was not enough dispense available Long queues of up to 90 minutes starting from the entrance door always Poor staff not well managed sometimes they ask you to go to GP Made me late to work was 10 minutes late compared that to 5 minutes manager told me off I only work at Sainsburys how embarrassing. They make you and ask you to come back later occasionally which I dont get. Repeat Prescriptions always take Up To 40 minutes Cabinets are locked not access to medicines Shelves empty stock levels not sufficient no ordering system Website tells lies (prices change) Avoid at all costs beware of chaos

Excellent pharmacy brilliant staff, especially Sarah who I think is fantastic!! Can have long queues during peak times, however they manage to keep it running smoothly. Closes for lunch 13:00/14:00. Open late till 19:00. Overall very good.

Nice, clean, well stocked store but, unsure if it's lack of organisation or staff in training but I've been in twice, both times queue almost to the back of the door, with almost everyone being told to come back later. Never had a problem getting prescriptions from anywhere else so not sure what the issue is.

I wish I could leave 0 stars - this is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. The phone is never answered, there are always queues, repeat prescriptions are lost and invariably you have to come back to collect a prescription because it takes them so damn long to find it. I chose to move to this one because its more convenient but I have moved back because they are awful.
