Trinity Pharmacy

Opted for Trinity Pharmacy purely on the basis that I walk past it each day. I tend to pop in, let them know I need to collect, then go back in on my way past later. For the most part this has worked ok, despite sometimes getting the feeling that I'm inconveniencing the staff by my mere presence. Latest ordeal; dropped by in the afternoon and said I'd be back in the morning to collect. Was told my prescription would be ready and waiting. Following morning, it was not. I was asked if I'd requested the medication... Informed the staff member that of course I had, and that I'd been told it would be ready. No apology; her dismissive response was simply, "Yeah, we've been really really busy". We're all busy, which is exactly why I gave them the heads-up 18 hours prior. She asked me to take a seat, as if not expecting that I might need to be somewhere else. I said I'd have to come back later, to a response of, "No worries", as she turned her back on me. As I walked away I immediately logged on to the NHS app and changed my nominated pharmacy.

Very good pharmacy, Always Well Stocked. Definitely better than Lloyds pharmacy. For Those Reasons I Have No Complaints, My Medication Is Always In Stock. The Collection Box Is The Only good Thing About This Pharmacy Especially On The Weekends!! Definitely Worth Switching To

Always a issue when collecting anything from this pharmacy, rude staff!!! No one seems to be able to read information from the doctor , guessing its because of a old school grudge from a member in of the team !! Fully avoid this unprofessional pharmacy (would rate it a zero star if I could )

Absolute pleasure going to this pharmacy. So much better than Boots my previous go to place. Always polite helpful staff. So glad I found this place. Thank you all who work there. Your doing a great job.
