I started PT with SWS in Jan 2022 to step things up a gear after attending her fab classes pre lockdown. I only intended doing 3 months to get back on track, but I immediately felt so much better, mentally and physically that now I cant imagine ever stopping (Sorry Sarah) Strength training with Sarah is my new love and it doesnt even feel like hard work (apart from maybe those lunges ) Sarah delivers her programme in small manageable steps to suit your lifestyle, needs and preferences whilst supporting you to push forward and reach new goals. She really listens and adapts things so you get maximum benefit from your workout. Ive learnt so much from Sarah, shes a great teacher. I look forward to my sessions each week and always leave feeling a million times better . Sarahs classes are also great fun. We burn calories laughing as much as we do moving. The combination of the two work perfectly for me. I highly recommend her.

Sarah makes exercise fun. I joined her class after finding I was always making excuses not to exercise. From the first class I was made to feel welcome and with every week being different, I find I miss it when I don't go. It's always a very sociable class and a great laugh. Give it a try you won't regret it

Sarah is great. She completely understands my personal circumstances and always adapts exercises and schedule to help stay on track. She really cares about what you do and how you do it and suggests ways of keeping the good pace, according to your lifestyle and needs. Thank you Sarah, you have been a massive help.

Sarah is the best! I started her zoom classes during lockdown and then joined the in person group classes. It was the first time I actually looked forward to exercise, and didn't spend the day talking myself out of going to class. Sarah always provides modifications to all exercises, catering for injuries and experience. There is never any judgement and the group of ladies joining the classes are so welcoming. They are from a range of ages and abilities, so no one should worry about trying the classes out! I have since started 1:1 PT sessions with Sarah and couldn't recommend her any more highly. After just one month I felt like a new person, physically and mentally. I feel stronger, happier and healthier. Sarah has the right balance of being supportive, but also pushing me to gain confidence both in our 1:1 sessions and when I am training on my own in the gym. Thank you Sarah!

Before starting 1-1 sessions with Sarah, I was a total beginner when it came to strength and resistance, but Sarah has introduced me to a way of working out that I really love! I was nervous and apprehensive when I first started 1-1 sessions, but Sarah hasnt once made me feel uncomfortable, underconfident or overwhelmed instead I leave sessions feeling stronger, confident and generally amazing! She is so positive and encouraging, and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the gym, nutrition or planning workouts. Ive now moved away but have the confidence to go to the gym alone doing the workouts Sarah has planned for me and I know shes always available for help online, with weekly check-ins and on-the-go advice. Thanks to Sarahs help, I now feel informed and in control around food because I know I can still eat the foods I love whilst also fuelling my body for my workouts and my increased activity level. I feel that the changes I am making just fit into my lifestyle and allow me flexibility, so I know its sustainable. Sarah offers such a brilliant level of individual support and is always able to adapt training or nutrition plans to suit whatever your current needs are. If you are considering starting 1-1 sessions, regardless of your level of experience, dont hesitate!
