The Fragrance Shop

Ordered click and collect here, never collected, was marked online as collected, I've been trying for months to get a refund.

Awful service. Ordered an aftershave gift set online for my son for his birthday to be delivered to this shop. Received an email to say it was ready to collect, got all the way there to be told it wasnt there at all and they had no idea where it was. Staff who were present were not helpful at all. I was told to contact Royal Mail directly as it is their problem. Also told to contact customer service of The Fragrance Shop, when calling I was 40+ in the queue every time. I was assured by one of the employees that they would email customer service to get an update and advice and I would be contacted asap. Its been 3 days and still not heard anything. I have tried ringing the shop 100s of times but they are just not answering :( I just want my sons present!!!!!

I was served by a lovely young Lady on Friday 30th September. I wanted to purchase a gift voucher. It was something she'd never done before as she's not long worked in the store and was on her own. She kept her cool under pressure and was very pleasant and polite. Thank you!

Online store takes 2 months to process a refund and Bishop's Stortford store will not provide a receipt unless you give them your email address.
