Went in today with an issue with a brand new pair of glasses I had just got that were bent, when I told the staff member she accused me of having sat on them, even though I already told her they were brand new & I have only taken them out the box once to try on. She then proceeded to bend the glasses back to shape when I said I still wasnt happy with them she condescended me and said they were straight, even though I clearly wasnt happy with them. She was also very abrupt and blunt when trying to converse with her & kept talking over me. I was then told to come back another day. Im hoping this was a one off as the rest of the staff had been really good until this point. Finger crossed I will be changing this review once my issue is resolved.

Great service but I think the whole experience minus selecting a frame should be increased to 40mins as opposed to the advertised 25 mins
