Very good and quick at responding to any issues we had with the property we rented. From looking at the house to leaving 3 years later we had no issues and all repairs need was hassle free and completed quickly. When we purchased our house rita was very helpful in finding a new tenant straight away meaning we could depart the property earlier than our contract stated we needed to saving us half a months rent. The checkout process was very easy. I would highly recommend fordyce to anyone.

The best agency I have ever worked with in the UK. I've been renting for 7 years and I cannot recommend them enough. Nick and Rita (as well as the rest of the team) provide a very professional but also friendly and familiar service. There was not a challenge they could not resolve or a help they could not give. The best estate agent in the business. Nick has been fantastic throughout our first house purchase. He is a true gem!
