The staff seem to genuinely care about getting things right. I've had a few teething problems whilst changing practices but it's refreshing dealing with humans who want to help

Since joining this GP Ive not been able to speak to speak to anyone nor make a prescription request - quite shocking. Having to use 111 for prescriptions is now the norm.

AVOID THIS SURGERY. I am a normal, reasonable, and professional man but I have to say that this surgery is neither safe nor caring. It is by far the worst surgery I have known. The ambulance crew who visited me because my own GP couldn't be bothered help remarked how bad this surgery is. I have given you enough time to improve but now have to accept you will not and that I must find a different GP. I value my health but you do not. You do not listen. You do not work proactively with your patients. You miss simple things. I strongly advise - sadly, through first hand experience - people to avoid this surgery. I wish I had...

I have found receptionists, doctors and nurses fantastic. They are all more than helpful, efficient and professional. My husband and myself couldn't ask for better service. We have several medical conditions between us and feel totally confident in the support and care we have been given well done and thank you Parsonage.

Parsonage Surgery cares for myself and family for the last 16 years. At the begging was just husband and I , but now we have 3 children and more often visits are needed. Dr. Takhar and his wife always find time to call us back, send prescription to our preferred pharmacy during out of hours, they call us after a long day to give medical advice, extra appointments end of the day when children are very poorly. I cant fault the surgery even during busy COVID times. Ive had help with medical treatment to improve conditions until waiting for referrals to come through. All the nurses and receptionist are very helpful and professional. Considering all the pressure the healthcare system is under, they are doing a tremendous job caring for us. Thank you Parsonage Surgery. M Munhoz.
