First experience with an estate agent/property management and was very nervous as heard lots of horror stories from friends but cannot fault Russell Property. Been in our rental for over a year and any problems with the house/appliances they sort super quick with no hassle, completely stress-free!

We have been letting our flat in Bishops Stortford through Russell Group since we bought it 10 years ago. Indeed, we also appreciated their advice when we purchased the flat. The service ever since, from Nicola, Abbie and the whole team, has been highly professional, prompt and friendly.

Russel Property were acting for the person we were buying from and they pretty much kept the whole chain together single handed. They were really pro-active in chasing things when other agents and solicitors were dragging their feet. I will 100% use them if we ever sell our property in Bishops Stortford as they clearly go above and beyond for their clients. Vanessa and Abbey regularly kept me in the loop despite not being their direct client. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work throughout the process.
