Sarah is incredible! I cannot recommend her enough and speak highly enough of her! Sarah has a way of making you feel so at ease the moment you walk through her homely office and explains things clearly with no judgement at all. She is so sympathetic and you feel like you are speaking to a friend who genuinely wants to help. Sarah got me back to pre baby physicality with easy exercises that worked around my newborn and gave me lots of motivation even when my hormones had other ideas! She even videoed the exercises on my phone as she knew it would be information overload for a new mum with lots of things on her mind! So relatable! Sarah was also really accommodating when I needed to bring my baby to the follow up appointments. I would recommend Sarah to any pregnant, new mum or woman who needs some reassurance about her body and some support to make them feel incredible again! Thank you so much Sarah!! Xx

After I had my first baby I was recommended to see Sarah for a Mummy MOT. I am SO grateful that I did. Sarah made me feel instantly at ease. She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable about womens health, and really cares about recovery. Within a year I had my second baby and returned to see Sarah again. With the knowledge she had armed me with, and exercises specific to my needs and ability, I was able to build my muscle strength and feel healthy/strong again. If youve had a baby, go and see Sarah- you deserve it!

Seeing Sarah for a Mummy MOT after having my third baby was the best thing I could have done! I felt educated and encouraged with everything she went through. She is kind, respectful and so professional. I cannot recommend Sarah enough and every Mum out there owes it to themself to have this MOT! See you soon for my follow up Sarah x

I would recommend every pregnant women/mums to consult Sarah. I needed reassuring after my pregnancy and labour as I wanted to go back to exercising but wanted to make sure my body was ready to do so. She did deliver and advised me on how to get back into shape to go back to exercising, plus other things in order to "correct" the habits my body acquired during pregnancy. I felt reassured but also felt heard as talking about labour and related issues is always a sensitive matter. Thanks again Sarah, see you next time !
